Tracie L. Springer is the founder/Executive Director of Dress for Success Allentown, PA affiliate where women are empowered to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. She most recently worked on the Off-Broadway production of “Faith Under Fire a Stage-play” in NYC as the Costume Designer.

Tracie has a profound passion for promoting youth and diversity.  For six years as a board member for the YWCA Bethlehem, she has chaired and implemented the successful “Annual Prom Dress Day”.  As quoted in Bethlehem Press 6/2011,  Tracie is a “Motivational speaker for young adolescent girls.”

Tracie’s professional career includes sales, education instruction in both elementary and adult education, as well as college level instructor as an Adjunct Professor.  She is also a jewelry designer, illustrator and costume designer.

Tracie graduated from the following schools:  Our Lady of Victory Academy (Dobbs Ferry, NY prep school), Mercy College (Dobbs Ferry, NY), B.S. in Business Management.  Fashion Institute of Technology (Old Westbury, NY), M.S. in Education.

Tracie was raised in White Plains, NY and currently lives in Easton, PA with her husband and two children.
