Sybil has extensive experience helping business and nonprofits engage the people who most impact their marketing and organizational success. A respected though leader on engaging employees through internal marketing, she is the author of the award-winning Share of Mind, Share of Heart: Marketing Tools of Engagement for Nonprofits: Taking Care of the People Who Matter Most: A Guide to Employee-Customer Care, and the long-running Quality Service Marketing blog.

A native of northeastern PA, Sybil graduated in Lehigh University’s first class of women and began her career in bank marketing. (The banks she worked for merged into oblivion.) She founded Quality Service Marketing in 1988 specializing in internal marketing, marketing training and planning facilitation. She also teaches workshops nationwide for corporate and nonprofit professionals and is a frequent conference speaker.

Active in leadership and professional development, Sybil is former Chairman of the American Marketing Association (AMA) with continued involvement as an instructor for AMA training programs. She serves on the Advisory Council of Global Faciitators Serving Communities, the Executive Committee of Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Associates and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators.

Sybil is the president of Quality Service Marketing.
