Deb is passionately enthusiastic about helping others achieve their maximum potential. With more than 30 years of experience, she has focused on cultivating, building and expanding relationships with people. Deb proudly served as the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley from 2011-2016. Prior to her appointment in July 2011 as Executive Director, Deb was the vice-president for davancement and business development for this local Habitat affiliate. Deb has extensive fundraising experience working at such places as Moravian Academy and Lafayette College. She worked for an internationally known diversity and inclusion firm in the areas of leadership development and new business sales and marketing. As a small business owner, Deb has traveled nationally to develop leadership curriculum for emerging leaders and to deliver keynote speeches and programs to various organizations. She has her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree in Human Organization Science from Villanova University.
